Who we are
This website is run by ArtDoors. We are responsible for the personal data described on this page.
What we collect
- When you request an offer: your name, email address and, if you give them, your phone number, company, postal code, city and message, together with the door you designed.
- When you place an order: the details above plus your installation address and, for businesses, your VAT number.
- When you send a message: your name, email address, phone number if given, and your message.
- A short, one-way coded version of your internet address, used only to stop abuse of our forms. We cannot read your address back from it.
Why we use it
- To prepare and send your offer and to follow it up.
- To process your order: payment of the deposit and the balance, the measuring visit, production and installation.
- To answer your questions.
- To meet our accounting and tax obligations.
We never sell your data and never use it for advertising.
Who receives it
When your door goes into production, our production partner receives the specifications, the final measurements, your name and your city. Our hosting, database and email providers process data on our behalf to run this website and send our emails.
Emails we send
Our emails, such as your offer and your order confirmation, contain a small invisible image and tracked links that tell us whether an email was opened and which links were clicked. This helps us know that important documents arrived. Links that give access to your personal offer or order pages are never tracked.
Cookies and statistics
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We count visits with privacy-friendly statistics that do not use cookies and do not identify you. Our back office uses one functional cookie to keep staff signed in.
How long we keep it
We keep offers only as long as needed to follow them up, and order data as long as the law requires for accounting purposes. Messages are kept as long as needed to help you. You can ask us to delete your data earlier at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time which data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to its use or receive a copy. Simply contact us. You can also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
