Offers and prices
Prices in the configurator and in our offers are in euro and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. They are based on the dimensions and options you choose. An offer is valid for 30 days. The measuring visit and delivery are always included; installation is included when you select it.
Your order
You can order online in the configurator, from your offer page or by confirming your offer to us. Your order is confirmed once we receive a deposit of 50% of the total, which we ask you to pay within 14 days. You receive the order confirmation and the payment form by email.
Measuring and final dimensions
Before production, we measure your opening at home. The final dimensions determine your door. If they change the price, we confirm the difference with you in writing before production starts. If you do not agree with the new price, you can cancel your order and we refund your deposit in full.
Made to measure
Every door is made to your specifications. For that reason the statutory right of withdrawal for distance sales does not apply to your order. Changes are possible free of charge until we send your order to production.
Delivery and installation
We confirm the production and installation dates after the measuring visit. When we install, we ask that the opening is accessible and that plastering and floor works around the opening are finished, unless agreed otherwise.
Payment of the balance
The balance, the total minus the deposit, is due after installation, or after delivery when you chose delivery only.
Guarantee
Your door comes with the legal guarantee of conformity. Please report visible damage within a few days of delivery or installation, and any other issue as soon as you notice it, so we can put it right.
